Common faults and maintenance of CNC ultra-high pressure robot waterjet cutting system

No high-pressure water spray from the cutter head

Reasons:

1. The hydraulic system has no pressure output

2. The cutting water is not supplied

3. The high-pressure filter is clogged

4. The cutter head gem is clogged or the water switch is not turned on
Solution:

1. Refer to the pressure-free treatment of the hydraulic system

2. Check the water supply pump and accelerator pump

3. Clean the filter

4. Check the above component

The left and right intensifiers have different reversing speeds and there is a crashing sound.

Reason: The double one-way throttle valve is not adjusted properly
Solution: Adjust the double one-way throttle valve

The pressure gauge indicates that the pressure cannot be removed

Reasons:

1. The energy converter is blocked

2. The high-pressure water switch is not turned on

3. The overflow valve solenoid has no signal or is stuck
Solution:

1. Replace

2. Open the high-pressure water switch

3. Check the signal circuit and overflow valve

Water leakage at the interface between the high-pressure cylinder end cover and the high-pressure cylinder

Reason: The end cover of the high-pressure cylinder or the high-pressure cylinder is damaged
Solution: Replace the high-pressure cylinders at both ends etc.
