Common faults and maintenance of CNC ultra-high pressure robot waterjet cutting system

Oil pump noise

Reasons:

1. The suction oil filter is clogged

2. The viscosity of the oil is too high

3. The fuel tank is not breathable

4. The liquid level in the fuel tank is too low
Elimination methods:

1. Clean or replace the oil filter element with a new one

2. Use lubricating oil with specified labels according to the season

3. Clean the air filter element in the fuel tank

4. Add oil to the upper limit of the liquid level gauge.

 There is foam in the oil

Reasons:

1. Oil suction pipe leaks 2. Oil pump shaft seal leaks
Solution:

1. Eliminate air leakage or replace with new pipe

2. Replace sealing ring

Oil pump overheats

Reasons:

1. The oil pump is worn or damaged

2. The viscosity of the oil is too low, too high or deteriorated
Solution:

1. Repair or update 2. Change new oil

Relief valve whistles

Reason:

The spring or valve core is damaged or the damping hole is blocked
Solution:

Replace damaged parts or clean

Oil temperature is too high

Reason: The overflow of the relief valve is too large
Solution: Reduce the overflow to match the high pressure

No pressure in the hydraulic system

Reasons:

1. There is air in the oil pump head and the oil does not come out.

2. The spool of the electromagnetic relief valve is stuck or there is no signal.
Solution:

1. Disassemble the oil return pipe to check, and fill the pump head with oil.

2. Clean the relief valve or restore the electrical signal.
