Volume | 120L | Waste abrasive collection | Collection bag |
Effect
After the waterjet cutting machine is used for a long time, waste abrasives will accumulate in the water tank. When it reaches a certain level, we need to clean up the waste sand. In traditional abrasive removal, we have to stop the cutting platform and perform manual sand removal.
Now, with the automotive abrasive delivery system, we can carry out garnet removal without affecting normal cutting, and it is automatic abrasive removal.
Features
·Can effectively and quickly clean sediment in large water beds
· When the water jet is operating, the large-scale sand removal system operates automatically without affecting each other.
·The device can be installed within 10m of the waterjet
· 8 HP diaphragm pump provides powerful suction
·Flow rate can reach 162L/min
· Simple, cost-effective method of sand removal while reducing downtime
· Get the function of cleaning large waterbeds with limited floor space
· Effectively removes both large and fine particles
· Sand removal rate above 90%
· During the entire sand removal process, the filtered water continues to be discharged into the water tank. After sand removal, the water tank does not need to be replenished with water.
Comprehensive cost savings of more than 10000 USD.
The sand removal system is very simple to operate.
The first step is to push the sand removal system to the appropriate position (the base of the sand removal system has moving wheels, so one person can move it easily without the need for other auxiliary tools)
Step 2: Put the adsorption sewage pipe of the sand removal system into the sink of the water cutting platform, and put the return pipe into the sink of the cutting platform.
Step 3: Connect the power supply of the sand removal system
Step 4: Wait to collect the filtered waste sand
Here are some key features and components commonly found in Waterjet Automatic Abrasive Removal Systems:
Abrasive Collection Tank: The system typically includes a tank or container where the used abrasive and cutting debris are collected. This tank is designed to accommodate a certain volume of waste material and facilitate easy removal.
Water Separation Mechanism: The system incorporates a mechanism to separate the spent abrasive media from the water used in the waterjet cutting process. This can include techniques such as settling, sedimentation, or centrifugal separation to separate the abrasive particles from the water.
Filtration System: A filtration system is often employed to further remove any fine particles or contaminants from the water before it is discharged or recycled. This helps ensure that the water is clean and can be reused efficiently.
Conveyor or Auger System: To facilitate the removal of the separated abrasive media and cutting debris from the collection tank, an automated conveyor or auger system is often employed. This system transports the waste material out of the tank and into a designated disposal or recycling area.
Control System: An automated control system is typically integrated into the Waterjet Automatic Abrasive Removal System.
Dust Collection: As the spent abrasive and cutting debris are removed from the system, a dust collection mechanism may be incorporated to capture any airborne particles or dust generated during the process.
The use of a Waterjet Automatic Abrasive Removal System offers several advantages, including efficient removal and disposal of spent abrasive media, reduced manual labor, and improved overall productivity of the waterjet cutting system.
It's important to note that specific Waterjet Automatic Abrasive Removal Systems may vary in terms of design, features, and capabilities.
