The intensifier does not reverse direction

Reasons:

1. The cutter head gem is clogged or the water switch is not turned on

2. The electro-hydraulic reversing valve spool is stuck

3. The electro-hydraulic reversing valve does not receive a signal
Solution:

1. Check the above components

2. Clean the valve core

3. Troubleshoot so that the electro-hydraulic reversing valve receives a signal

 

The pressure gauge needle swings greatly when changing direction,Such as unilateral return to zero

Reasons:

1. Check the one-way valve for leakage and heat

2. Check the plug assembly

3. The high-pressure sealing rubber ring is damaged
