The SGL PASS A-5404 single-pass tubular heat exchanger is a dedicated cooling accessory for waterjet cutting equipment. It is compatible with ultra-high pressure (UHP) waterjet cutting systems, continuously removing the large amount of heat generated by the high-pressure booster, stabilizing the high-pressure pump oil temperature and the medium temperature, and ensuring long-term continuous operation of the entire machine.

1. Single-Pass Structure: The single-pass flow design allows for unidirectional medium flow, resulting in a simple flow path that is less prone to clogging. Suitable for Ultra-High Pressure Waterjet Operation: Specifically developed for waterjet cutting units, it can withstand the impact of the equipment's operating cycle, efficiently cooling the booster components and preventing premature aging and damage to seals, plungers, and sapphire nozzles caused by high temperatures, thus extending the service life of the UHP pump's core consumables.

The housing is pressure-resistant and durable, with built-in mounting feet for direct fixation to the waterjet cutter frame. The oil/water inlet and outlet use standard threaded interfaces for easy pipe connection and replacement, and can be directly used as a replacement part for the original A-5404 model.
